My background is rooted in leadership within challenging, male-dominated environments, including the military and industries like supply chain and manufacturing. With over 16 years of leadership experience, I have honed my ability to adapt my leadership style to different contexts—whether navigating formal hierarchies or influencing peers and leaders above me with respect and professionalism.
These experiences have taught me not only the technical aspects of leadership, such as project management, operational efficiency, and team dynamics, but also the emotional intelligence required to lead authentically. I’ve faced challenges that required me to stand firm in my values, lead with empathy, and inspire others, often as the only woman in the room.
Leadership has been a part of my life from a young age. While childhood leadership often relies on creativity and curiosity, adult leadership becomes more nuanced—guiding individuals who come with diverse personalities, life experiences, and expectations. This dynamic makes leadership both rewarding and complex, requiring adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a genuine commitment to understanding and motivating others.
Now, I draw on these lessons to empower other women to thrive as authentic leaders in competitive industries. I’ve lived the experience of feeling judged for being myself, and I’ve learned how to succeed without compromising who I am. As a coach, I am passionate about helping women harness their unique strengths, build confidence, and create spaces where they and their teams can flourish—both personally and professionally.
